Sherri Wagner

Sherri Wagner is Board Certified^® - Commercial Real Estate Law - Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate and finance, including the preparation and negotiation of documentation for real estate acquisitions and sales, leases, construction and lending transactions. Sherri created Wagner Law Firm in 2013, having previously practiced as a partner at two Houston real estate firms.

Sherri has received and maintains an AV Preeminent^® peer review rating of 5.0 out of 5 from Martindale-Hubbell^®. Sherri is a member of the State Bar of Texas, as well as its Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section. She is also a member of the Houston Bar Association and its Real Estate Law Section.

Sherri graduated from Texas A&M University in 1989 with a B.B.A. in Accounting with Honors. She received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1992, graduating cum laude.

Sherri was born in Houston, Texas and grew up in the Clear Lake area.
